Face your fears and brave the ‘Big Swing’: one of the world’s highest cable gorge swings, set against the lush green backdrop of Graskop Gorge. You’ll freefall for 70 metres, reaching speeds of 140 kilometres per hour in three seconds flat!
After signing in at the Gorge, you’ll be taken to the starting point. Ascend 442 steps though the trees to the platform where the swing is set up, your heart rate increasing with every step. Your friendly and professional instructor will equip you with a harness and and all the safety gear you need to enjoy the experience. After being securely fastened into your harness and attached to the swing, your instructor will let you go – and you’ll soar over the gorge. Freefalling for 70 metres, you’ll take in the beautiful waterfall and the lush greenery climbing the walls of the Gorge before swinging back and forth. You’ll then be brought back down to earth, grinning from ear to ear.
